Kaz Hair & Beauty Salon, Deposits, Cancellation & No show policy. All services booked online require a booking deposit, the deposit is a redeemable credit that will be used towards the total cost of your appointment. We kindly ask that you give us at least 24hours notice for cancellations. You will receive a confirmation text 48hours before your appointment please reply to the text with only Y for yes or N for no, Any bookings cancelled with less than 24hours notice will forfeit the paid deposit at our discretion. If you fail to attend your appointment you will forfeit the deposit and will be required to pay a 50% non refundable deposit before rebooking your next appointment. If you are cancelling an appointment with notice of 24hrs or more and you have paid a deposit, please contact the salon on 38820009 to redeem your paid deposit. Deposits can only be credited to the same account it was processed from, redeeming deposits may take up to 3 business days to clear. Multiple "non attendance" appointments will result with the business Kaz Hair & Beauty unable to provide any further services
